Terms of Service for OnePayCV

1. Our Service

OnePayCV is a web application that allows users to create, edit, save, and export CVs and resumes using different templates.

Access to the web application is provided through purchased packages. The features and access available to you may depend on the package you purchase.

2. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain OnePayCV features.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account credentials secure. You are also responsible for activities performed through your account.

You should notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Payments and Purchases

Users purchase packages that provide access to the OnePayCV web application and its available features.

All prices and applicable purchase terms will be displayed before you complete a purchase.

Payment information may be processed by trusted third-party payment providers. We do not need to store your complete payment card information.

4. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.

To request a refund, contact us at margarita0work@gmail.com and include the email address associated with your OnePayCV account and relevant purchase information.

After the 7-day period has expired, refunds are generally not available unless required by applicable law.

5. Your Resume Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and enter into your CVs and resumes, including personal information, work experience, education, skills, and other materials.

OnePayCV does not claim ownership of your resume content.

You grant OnePayCV the limited permission necessary to store, process, display, and otherwise use your content solely to provide and operate the services you request.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you add to your CVs does not violate the rights of others or applicable laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use OnePayCV for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, application, accounts, or systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service.
• Copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the OnePayCV application, templates, or other proprietary materials without permission.
• Upload or use content that infringes another person's intellectual property or other legal rights.
• Use automated methods to abuse, overload, or improperly access the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms or misused the service.

7. Intellectual Property

The OnePayCV website, application, templates, design, branding, software, and other materials provided by OnePayCV are owned by or licensed to OnePayCV and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase gives you the right to use the OnePayCV application according to these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the OnePayCV software, templates, branding, or other proprietary materials to you.

Your own resume content remains yours.

8. Cookies

OnePayCV may use cookies and similar technologies to provide essential website functionality, remember preferences, and understand how the website is used.

9. Service Availability

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OnePayCV will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, improve, or discontinue parts of OnePayCV at any time.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we may notify users by email or through a notification on the OnePayCV website.

The updated Terms will include a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of OnePayCV after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia.

Any disputes relating to these Terms or the use of OnePayCV will be handled in accordance with applicable Latvian law.
